First Day of Practice for cross country/Endurance training is on September 12th, 2024.​​​​​​


How to register for cross country.

» Complete online registration form and pay registration fee online.       

» Walk with a copy of birth certificate to one of the practice sessions.

Payment is due at time of your registration.

New Member  
$130 per athlete (September 12th - December 7th) 

Registration includes 2025 AAU membership, t-shirt, bag, and training. Meet fees are not included.

Past Member (2024 track athletes only)

Free however athlete must register for a 2025 AAU membership.
